Final tests can be booked online at any time and sessions are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day. If you would like the option to contact TVO ILC in case any issues arise during the test, we recommend booking Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm EST. The earliest you can take your final test with ProctorU is three days from the date you schedule it.
If you have not written a final test through ProctorU before, you will receive an account confirmation email from ProctorU once your final assignment has been marked. If you have used ProctorU before, you will receive an email invitation to schedule your final test.
How to schedule your test:
- Log in to your ProctorU account using your TVO ILC username and password
- Locate the final test under the Active Exams section and click the “Schedule” button
- Use the calendar to select the day you wish to take the test, then select the time and click “Submit”
- Please note: The earliest you can book a test is three days after the date of scheduling
- A list of available test sessions will appear based on TVO’s default time zone (EST)
- You can change your time zone in your ProctorU account settings in the top right corner of your screen
- Because final test sessions can be booked at any time, please note the AM or PM fields when booking your session
- Click “Select” for your chosen test session
- Then click “Schedule” at the top of the screen to confirm
- You will receive an email confirming the date and time of your final test
