You have 10 months to complete a course. All course work and the final test must be completed prior to the course end date.
You can view the ‘Course End Date’ for each course in the ‘Final Test’ tab in your TVO ILC Portal.
Schedule your final test at least two weeks (10 business days) prior to the ‘Course End Date’ to allow sufficient time for marking and course closure.
If all course work and the final test are not completed by the ‘Course End Date’, the course will be dropped, and a withdrawal (W) will be recorded on your TVO ILC transcript for Grade 11 or 12 courses not completed.
