TVO ILC and ProctorU are committed to data integrity and transparency. In order to facilitate final test scheduling via the ProctorU platform, TVO ILC securely shares the following information with ProctorU:
- TVO ILC Portal username and password (to make sign-in easier)
- First and last name (to ensure we have the right person)
- Time zone (Eastern Time Zone is sent by default, but can be edited in account settings)
- Email address (to receive reminder emails and confirmations)
- Country
- Phone number (in case of disconnection during final test)
During the final test process, ProctorU will also collect the following:
- A photo of you via webcam (to verify identity), which will be stored for two years
- A photo of your photo identification via webcam (to verify identity), which will be stored for seven days
- A video recording of the final test session, which will be stored for two years
ProctorU does not sell or monetize any data from test-takers to third parties. They do not market to test-takers or allow any service providers to do so.
