You can only reschedule or cancel your final test with ProctorU more than 72 hours in advance of your final test date. In order to reschedule or cancel your test, log in to your account at go.proctoru.com and select either Cancel or “Reschedule” next to the relevant final test.
You cannot cancel or reschedule your final test in the ProctorU test portal if you are less than 72 hours away from your scheduled final test date. If you must miss this test, your test session will automatically be cancelled on the date of your final test when you don’t join the session. You will then need to wait an additional 72 hours to rebook your test.
You can also use the LiveChat feature in your ProctorU account to speak with a ProctorU Support Agent for additional assistance. There is no fee for TVO ILC students to cancel or reschedule final tests.
