At this time, TVO ILC offers two practice test types: digital and PDF. Practice tests are available to support your final test preparation and, while we recommend using this feature, they are not mandatory.   You may see a Practice Test section within your last unit before the final test. These practice tests are available as PDF files, and are not indicative of the format of

You will not be required to draw diagrams if you are writing your final test through ProctorU.  

For select TVO ILC courses in math, business and science, students writing final tests through ProctorU can use a digital tool called EquatIO. It is also available within practice tests for these courses; we highly recommend attempting the digital practice test. EquatIO allows you to save the formulas you’ll need so you can easily access them during the final test.    For more information about EquatIO, checkout the Equation Editor tab in the “Welcome to Your Final Test” section of your

DO:   Find a quiet, private space where you’ll feel comfortable during the test  Choose a hard surface like a desk or table on which to write your test   Have a drink or a light snack available, if needed  Remain in view of your webcam at all times   Keep your eyes on the screen   Use only permitted materials  Leave pets in the room, if desired   Wear a religious head covering, if you normally would

If you experience technical difficulties during the test but you remain connected to the internet, the test proctor will try to resolve the issue or bring in a technical support person. You can also use LiveChat via the ProctorU website at any time. If you temporarily lose internet access, please try to reboot your modem
