Will my final test be online?

Yes. All TVO ILC final tests are currently being conducted online. To ensure academic integrity, students are virtually paired up with test proctors. Proctors are people who watch you take a test, much like teachers do in a classroom setting. Students do not pay any extra fees for final tests.

What materials can I use during my final test?

TVO ILC permits the use of:   Scrap paper for working out problems (all courses)  A non-programmable scientific calculator such as a Casio FX-300ms or Sharp EL-520 (select business, math and science courses)    Media log entries and culminating project reflection (only EMS3O)  An approved essay outline (optional for Grade 12 English courses)    For select math, business and science courses, TVO ILC will provide a periodic table and/or formula sheet. What should I do if I have an Individual Education Plan (IEP)?

My essay outline hasn’t been approved but I have a test appointment scheduled. Can I still write my test?
