I have completed my course. How do I get my transcript?

Due to precautions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, transcripts are only being issued directly to post-secondary and other institutions (not directly to students). 

If you enrolled in a TVO ILC course through another learning organization, you may ask your facilitator to request your transcript, as you will not see a “Request Documents” tab in the TVO ILC Portal.  

If you enrolled directly with TVO ILC, you should see a “Request Documents” tab in your TVO ILC Portal. You may follow the instructions below to request a transcript to be delivered to a recognized institution: 

  1. Log in to the TVO ILC Portal  
  2. Click on “Request Documents” in the left-hand navigation menu  
  3. Click on “Request Document or Diploma Assessment” button
    • Note: if you are requesting this document before completing your course, you will see a pop-up error message 
  4. Select “Email to institution” button  
  5. Complete all fields including the institution’s name, email address, “Attn” and reference number, if applicable 
    • In the “Comments” box, please provide the institution’s email address again  
  6. You can request two student transcripts free of charge (each additional transcript will require an administration fee)  
    • If a payment is required, you will see it reflected in the shopping cart in the top-right corner of your TVO ILC dashboard after your request is submitted  

Processing times for transcripts may be longer than normal. Thank you for your patience.
