Applicants should indicate a need for final test accommodations on their TVO ILC application. The application can only be submitted once supporting documentation has been provided.
Current students who require accommodations must request them as early as possible and before the final unit by following these steps:
- Log in to your TVO ILC Portal
- Visit “Accommodations Forms” in the left navigation menu
- Click “Request Accommodation”
- Upload your supporting documentation and add any additional comments
- Click “Confirm” to submit your accommodations request
Our guidance team will then review the request and indicate which accommodations can be provided based on the submitted documentation.
Students permitted to use a one-page, single-sided, pre-approved study sheet or a reader/scribe will need to submit additional form(s) when ready for their final test. To submit, please go to the “Accommodations Forms for Final Tests” tab on the left side of your TVO ILC Portal Dashboard.
