A Final Diploma Assessment reviews all your academic records/education documents and the credits you have earned at TVO ILC to verify that all the OSSD diploma requirements have been met and that you have earned your diploma.

To request a Pathway Diploma Assessment: Log into your TVO ILC portal  and request Diploma Assessment under the Request Documents tab Upload your official academic records (see type of document required below*) to your TVO ILC portal  under the Documents tab *If you attended secondary school in Ontario, your official original Ontario Student Transcript (OST)

You can request a Pathway Diploma Assessment to find out what you need to graduate, if you are working towards your OSSD with TVO ILC AND you have completed at least one TVO ILC credit
