TVO ILC delivers online final tests to students using the Microsoft Teams software application. Scheduling is done through the TVO ILC Portal and final tests are invigilated by a TVO ILC Proctor.
On the day of your final test session, you will access the link to the Microsoft Teams meeting through the Schedule Final Tests tab of your TVO ILC Portal.
Be sure to log into the test session 5-10 minutes early to connect to a TVO ILC Test Proctor that will guide you through an identity check, a room check, and a PC/Laptop check before starting the final test.
As you go through the final test, the Proctor will be monitoring video and audio and may notify you to refrain from certain actions to maintain the academic integrity of the test.
Reminder: Be ready to show photo identification to your Proctor via webcam before your test session begins.
