- Highspeed internet connection: (12 Mbps download/3 Mbps upload speed is ideal), connected via wired ethernet cable, if possible

Ensure you download and use the Microsoft Teams desktop application
It is essential that you download the Microsoft Teams desktop application. The final test session cannot proceed using the web version of Microsoft Teams. You must ensure the application is installed and updated on your device prior to scheduling your final test session.
Enable all necessary permissions and settings
Prior to scheduling your final test session, you must verify that all required settings are enabled in Microsoft Teams. This includes permissions for audio/video access and screen sharing, including the ‘give control’ feature.
Make a test call
You can make a test call with a friend, family member, or peer to confirm that your audio, video and screen share work as expected.
