What are the processing times for TVO ILC education document requests?

Here is the information on processing times for TVO ILC education document requests:

• Confirmation of Active Enrollment Letter: can be immediately accessed through the ‘Request Documents – Self Serve’ tab of your TVO ILC Portal if you meet the eligibility criteria for your course(s).
• Midterm Report: can be immediately accessed through the ‘Request Documents – Self Serve’ tab of your TVO ILC Portal if you meet the eligibility criteria for your course(s).
• Transcript: can take up to 3 business days to be processed depending on volume throughout the academic year.

(For mailed transcript requests, this does not include time for mailing.)
