How do I submit my final test answers?

You can submit your final test answers on paper or using a digital method like typing your answers into a Microsoft Word document.  If writing your answers on paper, make sure your writing can be easily read and that all pages are numbered in the same order as they appeared on the test. After the test, you can either scan or take photos of your written answers and email them to your test supervisor.

What happens if I lose internet connection or encounter technical difficulties?

If you temporarily lose internet access, please try to reboot your modem and rejoin the test session via Microsoft Teams. Your test proctor will also try to reach out to reconnect as soon as possible. If more than 30 minutes of test time is lost due to technical difficulties or a power outage, please contact the TVO ILC team directly.
