If you have completed all the requirements for your diploma and want the ILC to issue your diploma, you can request a Diploma Assessment. This assessment will review all your educational documentation including the credits earned at TVO ILC to determine if all requirements for an OSSD have been completed.

TVO ILC can provide you with a written assessment of diploma requirements and a pathway towards your diploma.  You can request a Diploma Assessment through your TVO ILC Portal, Request Documents.

If you started an Ontario high school any time after September 1st, 1999, your diploma requirements are: • a minimum of 30 credits • 18 compulsory and 12 optional credits • the literacy graduation requirement • 40 hours of community involvement activities If you started an Ontario high school between September 1st 1984 and August

Yes!  We are recognized by all Ontario post-secondary institutions. In fact, many colleges and universities will recommend TVO ILC to students who need to upgrade credentials. We encourage you to contact each post-secondary institution directly to learn more about their admission requirements.
